Abstract

We examined 30 healthy persons between 18 and 50 years. The amplitude, latency and speed of conduction were determined after stimulating n. digitalis, n. ulanaris and n. mediani in their sensitive brunches when the electrodes for registration were based on the carpal articulation.

For each of these parameters we found middle value, standard deviation and standard error.

The value who we got from the healthy control group were used as parameters in the diagnosis of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in four patients with hands motor defects but only sensitive ones.
